David Bloom, M.D.

Dr. Bloom graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1957 and from the University of Manitoba Medical School in 1961. He completed an internship at Winnipeg General Hospital followed by a residency in internal medicine at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center. After a fellowship in gastroenterology at the Los Angeles VA Medical Center, University of California Los Angeles, he became a VA Research Associate. Dr. Bloom entered private practice in Marin County in 1966. He has served as Chief of Medicine and Chief of Staff at Ross General Hospital and Chief of Medicine at Marin General Hospital. He is a Past President of the Marin Medical Society. Dr. Bloom is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
